EmpowerU is a data-driven, turnkey program that helps students connect evidence-based strategies to their life and goals. This ensures the CASEL-aligned core concepts are not just taught but learned in a way that students can access and apply when challenges arise. 


Students in EmpowerU are guided to create goals in four categories — personal, social, emotional and academic — and take steps to work toward reaching each one. EmpowerU students typically make nearly twice the average progress toward change in all four goal areas.

Student progress and data is updated on a live dashboard, and full pre- to post- data for each student is reported to the school to evaluate progress as part of MTSS.
