The Minnesota Office of Higher Education and Minnesota Compass invites you to share your thoughts, knowledge, and concerns about the barriers to completing a post-secondary program in Minnesota. Specifically, they’d like to learn about:
- What gets in the way? Share some of the top reasons people are unable to enroll in or complete a postsecondary credential, certificate or degree.
- What hasn’t changed and why? What barriers remain that limit the success of even the best of strategies?
- What is working? Discuss the creative outreach and support strategies that you or your organization use to successfully engage adult learners and support them in the enrollment/re-enrollment process.
